Put-in-Bay Resort Hotel

I went to my birthday trip alone as everyone csncelled at the last minute. I was scared at first to go alone! When I arrived the front desk staff was quick and efficient. I had the best room with the balcony facing the pool. Room was very clean along with the facilities. I decided to head down to the pool bar and let the staff know I was on my birthday trip alone and they took such good care of me. I felt super safe and very welcome the whole time. Thank you to Seth, Jack, A dubs, and the whole entire staff. I will ONLY stay here from now on. I had one of the most unforgettable weekends of my life, and I truly thank the staff for being a major part in it, and most of all, looking out for my safety as a single female one on the trip!

Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Close to downtown activities. Beautiful pool with jacuzzi. Great Hospitality! We definitely would stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Put-in-Bay Resort and Conference Center recently, and I can't say enough great things about the staff—especially Maddy and Jenny. From the moment we arrived, both of them went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Maddy was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready with a smile. She handled check-in quickly and efficiently, and throughout our stay, she was more than happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help us navigate the island. Jenny brought a warmth and kindness that made the whole experience feel more personal. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. Whether it was assisting with requests or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, she made us feel like valued guests. Together, Maddy and Jenny are a fantastic team—professional, friendly, and truly committed to great hospitality. I want to thank the staff especially Rhonda the manager , Maddie and Cam . I was able to upgrade my room from a queen to double queen with the manager Rhonda who made it a smooth transition after not being able to through booking.com . I suggest just going through the hotel and not a third party. Lesson learned. However the room I moved to had something spilled on the carpet and the smell was horrendous but Cam came to the rescue and moved us to another room . Cam was the mvp of our stay . I watched that young man wear many capes during our stay and he went well and above his job duties to make our stay more comfortable. Even smelling the carpet which I hope he didn't get sick from . I want to especially thank cam and the manager Rhonda for making our stay more comfortable and peaceful.

We had an amazing time at Put-in-Bay Resort! The Villa was clean and so spacious, the staff was friendly, and the pool area with the swim-up bar was so much fun. The location is perfect—close to downtown but still peaceful. Great breakfast too! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic, the rooms are just clean enough for you to pass out and after having so much fun that you can’t even see stroke. The staff is fantastic very responsive and the facilities are in a fantastic location central to everything. I will definitely be returning!

Awesome spot. Me and my 4 friends stayed in a luxury suite and it fit us just fine. Short walk to the pool bar and less then 10 minute walks to most everything else on the island. So it's a great location. The 24 hour desk comes in handy. We had a mix up with how many days we needed to stay. And they fixed it so fast. Katlyn and Steve should get a bonus for how well they're treating their customers. If you're coming to Put-in-Bay and you want a good location for a good price. The resort and conference center is a great spot.

Whether it was answering questions, offering local tips, or helping with small requests, they were consistently kind and professional. What really impressed us was how accommodating they were throughout our stay. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. This resort strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Put-In-Bay!
